The Ki Ta Ski Naw Conference this last weekend was a collection of approximately 250 people who were passionate about hydro justice.  Powerful keynotes by Winona LaDuke, Senator Mary Jane McCallum, and Tshaukuesh Elizabeth Penashue, were supported by workshops and presentations on licensing, environmental impacts, direct actions, and our very own Kohkoms’ Gathering (pictured above).  ICH had a booth at this event, and many folks expressed gratitude for the many years (45 actually) that churches have been involved in this advocacy work.
